"A longtime Albertan once told me that Charles Manson could run as a Conservative and still win, while Jesus could run as a Liberal and still lose." From yesterday's Herald letters section. ~60% of Albertans couldn't be bothered to vote (voting is how you change your government, people!) and now some retired/outsted Tories are laughing and crying all the way to the bank, no doubt.
